Laguna WC-391 B-3 Brown Clay a pliable clay with smooth grog, and gets its colour from manganese and iron.
It has slightly coarse texture, and it is excellent for tile, hand building and throwing.
Laguna WC-391 clay fired to Cone 5, has an absorption rate of 3%, and a shrinkage rate of 10%.
When wet, it is red/brown in colour, and fires brown/black in oxidation or black in reduction.
