Chrysanthos Volcano Glazes Mid firing glaze that will create the surface texture reminiscent of dry lava. Application needs to be applied thickly using 3-4 coats to create the lava appearance. These glazes are quite stiff so the application can close to the bottom a piece and can successfully applied abutting each other, retaining integrity at the glaze interface.
