Chrysanthos High Fire Exotics Low Sheen Clear

Chrysanthos HE201 Low Sheen Clear is a satin finish transparent glaze for use on bisque-fired clay that has been painted with underglazes, or simply over undecorated clay to show off its natural colour. Once fired correctly the ware will be sealed and protected from moisture / discolouration caused by contact with food and liquids.

• Firing range between Cone 4 (1,186°C) – Cone 6 (1,222°C).
  
  
• Satin finish.
  
  
• Food safe / lead free.

• Apply 2 - 3 even coats of glaze with a soft brush. Ensure each coat is dry before applying subsequent coats at right angles to each other.
  
  
• This glaze will fire transparent. The coloured appearance is intended to assist application by highlighting which areas have been glazed.
