Woodrow Ventmaster - Kiln Venting System

The VentMaster fume extraction system by Orton Ceramics works by creating a small downdraft within the Kiln, the chamber is kept at a slight negative pressure. Gases and Fumes are pulled out of the bottom of the Kiln, through a small hole, mixed with fresh room air and then exhausted to the outside through a 100mm duct. Please be aware that other companies are now importing the fan but are not performing the upgrades for Australian conditions that Woodrow has developed.

Woodrow:
- Powder coat the fan impeller (otherwise it won't last a year)
- Replace screws with stainless as they tend to rust
- Paint other exposed metal parts on the Fan
- Includes a mounting bracket for the fan to the kiln model you have
- And provide both the floor supports and alumina tube for bottom floor vent
- Two hose clamps for the Duct exhaust
- High Temp flexible tube to connect the Fan to your PVC duct
